What Really Makes Us Sexy

October 26, 2009 by jack wilder

What does your lover really want to see as far as you body is concerned.  You might be surprised…

Body Weight
I want to spend a few minutes talking about our bodies, our weight and how they relate to sexiness and lovemaking.

There was an article in an issue of Reader’s Digest called “The Perfect Body Myth”.  There were several good things in the article that I want to share with you.

The first thing was that even though guys go nuts over looking at super slim models, they really don’t want their girlfriends or wives to be that thin. Good news - eh?

The same goes for the women. Even though they adore Brad Pitt, they really want a regular man him in bed. It can be pretty hard to live day in and day out with an icon of culture. Good news for us guys!

So, everybody should relax a bit about not being perfect.

Most people think that they are a bit overweight. The fascinating thing is that those who are overweight, felt much, much sexier when they lost just 10% of their body weight.

That is a much more attainable goal than getting to your “perfect” body weight.

One of the things I love about our readers is that you are from all over the globe. We have had readers to this newsletter from Wales, India, Singapore, Australia, and other countries around the world. One of the things pointed out in the Reader’s Digest article was that the ideal body shape changes depending on where you are in the world and I agree.

Men in western countries like England and France go for the slim women. Guys in the Mediterranean countries like Spain and Portugal consider larger women with some curves, much more desirable.

This is all great.

The Face
One of the things we have know for a long time is that it’s not just the body. The main area people look for attraction is the face!

Women believe that a man’s face accounts for nearly half of his overall attractiveness. The face reveals intelligence, personality and confidence level, all things that increase the odds of the great sexual relationship.

Much more than just body shape or size.

Confidence
Finally, confidence will do a tremendous amount for your sexual appeal. Queen Latifa is surely a large woman, but she sees herself as sexy and she comes across that way every time.

If you feel confident and sexy, you’ll be perceived that way. I know, sometimes it’s hard to feel confident and sexy when you don’t feel that way inside.

Here’s a hint, fake it until you make it.

You’ll be amazed at the results both an internally inside your head, and how people treat you if you start acting as if you were sexy. I know, it may seem odd at first, but take my word for, it really works!

Feeling sexy in your head leads to more passion in your bedroom and more passion in your life.
